The Power of Gratitude 21-Day Complaint Free Challenge

Steps:

1. Begin to wear your bracelet (wristband) on either wrist. You are now on Day 1 of your journey to 21 consecutive days.
2. When you catch yourself complaining, gossiping, criticizing, or being sarcastic, move the bracelet to the other wrist and start again. You are back at Day 1.
3. Say a prayer or affirmation as you are moving your bracelet. For instance you might say” Thank you God” or “I am grateful”. If you selected a bracelet that corresponds with your birth month color you might affirm “I am love in action” or ” I have the power to no longer complain”.
4. Stay with it and remember, your growth and transformation is well worth the challenge.
